Railways Unveils Eid Special Train Timings for Holiday Travelers

Pakistan Railways has announced the operation of three special trains to facilitate travelers during the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha festival, with schedules released for June 14, 15, and 16.

According to a railway spokesperson, the first special Eid train is scheduled to depart from Karachi for Lahore at 6 PM on June 14. This service aims to accommodate passengers traveling between the two major cities during the festive season.

The second special train is set to depart from Quetta at 10 AM on June 15, embarking on a journey via Lahore to Rawalpindi. This route offers connectivity for passengers traveling from Quetta to the capital city and other destinations along the way.

On June 16, the third special train will commence its journey from Karachi at 9 PM. This train will pass through Multan and Sahiwal before reaching its final destination, Lahore.

The timing and route of this train provide an additional option for travelers, particularly those originating from Karachi and intending to reach Lahore.

Railway authorities have assured the public that all necessary arrangements have been made to ensure the smooth operation of these special Eid trains.

These arrangements include adequate staffing, maintenance of train schedules, and adherence to safety protocols to safeguard the well-being of passengers.

The introduction of these special trains reflects Pakistan Railways’ commitment to providing convenient and accessible transportation options for travelers during festive occasions.

By offering additional services during Eid-ul-Azha, the railway aims to facilitate increased mobility and connectivity across different regions of the country.

Passengers planning to utilize these special Eid trains are advised to book their tickets in advance to secure their seats and avoid any inconvenience.
