Due to current spike of COVID-19 in Pakistan government has announced complete ban on tourism in Islamabad from 08 to 16th may, all tourists spots, picnic points (both formal and informal) tourists resorts and hotels, restaurants in , around tourists spots will be closed as well.

These tourists spots, parks include but are not limited to lake view point, Faisal mosque, Pakistan Monument, Murree Point, Pir Sohawa, Shrines, F9 Park, Jasmine Garden, Damn E Koh, Shandra Hill Station, Trails(For picnic Purpose) , Shakkar Parian, Lok Virsa Center. Travel Nodes Leading to tourist spots/picnic areas, tourist destinations like Murree, Galiat, and Northern areas will be closed.

All public parks, Shopping malls etc, will also remain closed.
