ISLAMABAD: An international food chain outlet in Islamabad’s E-11/2 sector was attacked by a group of unidentified individuals, resulting in property damage and triggering a rapid response from law enforcement.
According to a spokesperson for the Islamabad Police, approximately 15 people gathered outside the restaurant in protest. The motive behind the protest remains unknown, and authorities are actively investigating the reason for the demonstration.
Police acted swiftly, arresting four suspects directly involved in the vandalism. Additionally, five others were detained and taken to the local police station for questioning and identification.
Thanks to the prompt intervention by law enforcement, no major injuries or significant losses were reported.
The investigation remains ongoing, with further arrests expected based on CCTV footage and witness accounts.
