KABUL — Two explosions rocked Afghanistan’s capital Kabul on Thursday night, around 9:50pm local time, according to Taliban government spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid.
In a brief statement posted on social media, Mujahid confirmed that both blasts are under investigation, but so far, no casualties or damage have been reported.
“There is no reason for concern at this stage. Authorities are looking into the cause of the explosions, and no reports of harm have been received yet,” he said.
The exact location and nature of the blasts were not immediately disclosed, and no group has claimed responsibility so far.
