Islamabad: Turkish Minister of National Defence, Yaşar Güler, arrived in Islamabad on Tuesday for an official visit aimed at bolstering bilateral relations between Pakistan and Türkiye.
According to a Foreign Office spokesperson, Güler was warmly received by the Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs upon his arrival. The visit underscores the strong and brotherly ties shared by the two countries.
Sources confirmed that formal bilateral talks between Pakistan and Türkiye are scheduled for Wednesday. Additionally, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan is expected to arrive in Islamabad later tonight to participate in the high-level discussions.
This visit forms part of ongoing efforts to deepen defence cooperation and strategic collaboration between Pakistan and Türkiye.
