LAHORE: Three people lost their lives after a car plunged into a canal in Johar Town, Lahore, on Tuesday.
Rescue 1122 teams responded after receiving an emergency call and launched a rescue operation at the scene. Divers managed to recover all three bodies from the water.
Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the cause of the accident. Initial findings have yet to confirm whether the vehicle entered the canal due to mechanical failure or driver error.
