Lahore Qalandars will face Multan Sultans today in their home ground, for the 7th edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL), to halt Multan Sultans’ unbeaten record.
PSL 2022 will feature a rematch between the two teams. During their initial altercation in Karachi, the Sultans had prevailed. To reach the Lahore playoffs, Mohammad Rizwan and Co. beat every other team in the existing competition, including Karachi Kings, Lahore Qalandars, Quetta Gladiators, Peshawar Zalmi, and Islamabad United.
A source tells us that David Willey’s participation in Multan Sultans’ today’s game is in doubt. Against Peshawar Zalmi on Thursday, the foreign player was left out of the starting XI. As per the latest reports, Willey is experiencing gastrointestinal problems.
Willey’s health problems have been confirmed by a team spokesman.
The Lahore Qalandars, however, have won three of their five matches. They have a total of six points. It will begin at 7:30 p.m. local time at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
