The Pakistan Champions have voiced strong disappointment after India Champions refused to play their scheduled World Championship of Legends (WCL) 2025 match in Birmingham. The highly anticipated clash was called off, dealing a blow to fans and raising concerns about the role of politics in international sporting events.
In an official statement, Pakistan Champions team owner Kamil Khan said, “On behalf of our team, we express deep disappointment over WCL’s decision to cancel the match against India. This move not only undermines the essence of cricket but has also disappointed fans around the world.”
