On Saturday, the Sindh government aimed to accelerate solar energy advancements by partnering with the World Bank.
As per the information, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah presided over a meeting. During this gathering, Sindh Power Minister Nasir Hussain Shah mentioned that “Supplying 50 megawatts of power through the solar system is an integral part of the project.”
The Sindh chief minister emphasized the importance of initiating bidding processes for solar panels to move forward with the project.
During a meeting related to the K-IV project, Chief Minister Murad acknowledged the project’s delay.
He stated, “It is crucial to expedite the project, so we will request the federal government to address the funding matter through PSDP.”
The WAPDA director informed the chief minister about an ongoing land dispute concerning a particular area.
CM Murad instructed the chief secretary to tackle the issue in this matter.
Sindh minister vows to control inflationĀ
On Sunday, Sindh Minister Nasir Hussain Shah pledged to tackle inflation within the province.
In Larkana, Shah openly acknowledged that during Ramadan, the cost of goods rises. He assured, “We will guarantee the products are accessible at the official prices.”
Regarding the province’s law and order situation, Shah stated, “We will ensure the maintenance of law and order within the province.”
