Apple to manufacture Iphone14 lineup in India due to the Economic disruptions in China: Report

Apple will also manufacture the iPhone 14 series in India in an effort to lessen reliance on China in the face of recent geopolitical concerns.

After the lockdown continues and conflicts between the Chinese and Biden administrations raise, Apple, which previously relied solely on China for the production and manufacturing of the iPhone, now appears a little concerned and has begun looking for alternatives due to economic disruptions in the country.

According to the source, Foxconn, a Taiwan-based Apple supplier, has looked into the logistics of importing supplies from China and producing the iPhone 14 at a site outside of Chennai, a city in southern India.

While Apple has been manufacturing iPhones in India for a while, the country’s output is at least a quarter less than that of China, According to the Report.

The Apply is going to Launch iphone14 at the same price as that of Iphone13, according to the Report at $799 ( 173,906.98 Pakistani Rupee).

The corporation is seeking more opportunities to diversify its manufacturing assembly away from China, including Mexico, Vietnam, and other countries.
