The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced February 14, 2025, as the final date for Hajj affairs offices worldwide to complete contracts for the 1446 AH Hajj season. All agreements must be processed exclusively through the Nusuk Masar platform, designated for international pilgrims.
The ministry introduced an eight-phase timeline for Hajj preparations, with the contracting phase beginning on October 23, 2024. This deadline aims to streamline planning and ensure top-quality services for pilgrims.
Officials have emphasized strict adherence to Saudi regulations regarding air and ground transportation, as well as compliance with security, health, and procedural requirements outlined in agreements between the ministry and participating countries.
After the February 14 deadline, no additional contracts will be accepted. Final quotas for pilgrims from each country will then be determined, followed by the commencement of the visa issuance process.
The ministry also called on Hajj offices to educate pilgrims about the importance of complying with regulations and obtaining visas and permits through official channels. Pilgrims must carry identification documents, including the Nusuk Card, upon their arrival in Saudi Arabia.
