KARACHI, Feb 23 โ Samsung has confirmed it will introduce its flagship Galaxy S26 lineup on February 25, 2026, just ahead of Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The company plans a global rollout, with pre-orders opening shortly after the launch and retail sales beginning in early March.
As in previous years, Samsung is expected to release the devices in Pakistan alongside the global debut. Therefore, market watchers have already begun estimating local pricing based on historical trends and industry projections.
Although Samsung has not officially announced Pakistani prices, local retailers and analysts anticipate the Galaxy S26 will range between Rs 220,000 and Rs 262,000. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S26+ could cost between Rs 280,000 and Rs 335,000. The premium Galaxy S26 Ultra may fall between Rs 350,999 and Rs 509,999, depending on storage variants.
In the United States, early leaks suggest pricing will remain close to the previous generation. Reports indicate the Galaxy S26 may start around $799, the S26+ near $999, and the S26 Ultra around $1,299 for base configurations. However, prices may vary depending on storage options and regional taxes.
The standard Galaxy S26 is expected to feature a 6.3-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 4,300 mAh battery. In comparison, the S26+ may include a larger 4,900 mAh battery.
At the top end, the S26 Ultra reportedly offers a 6.9-inch high-brightness display and a 5,000 mAh battery. Additionally, all models will likely run One UI 8.5 based on Android 16.
Leaked reports suggest Samsung may equip the S26 and S26+ with the Exynos 2600 chipset in several regions, while the Ultra variant could feature Qualcommโs Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. Camera details remain limited, though higher-end models are expected to deliver upgraded sensors and enhanced zoom capabilities.
