Multiple ways have been employed to make those complaints. Some of them include using a web-based complaint portal, mobile app, and help desk numbers. This clearly indicates that users are voicing their problems on all possible platforms.
The majority of complaints pertained to mobile phone operators. In fact, 159,325 of the complaints pertained to mobile phone operators. While the figure might seem large, a majority of them have actually been sorted out, with a total of 157,923 complaints settled.
Internet issues persist despite high resolution rate
In addition, there have been complaints filed against the internet service providers as well. As many as 5,011 complaints have been reported against internet providers, out of which 4,703 have been sorted out successfully. Despite the large number of issues being solved, there have been reports of slow internet speed and instability from the users.
