KARACHI: The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) continues its humanitarian efforts to assist those affected by war in Palestine, Lebanon, and Syria. On Saturday, the 24th consignment of relief goods was sent to provide aid to the war-impacted populations in these regions.
The latest batch of supplies was sent via a chartered flight from Jinnah International Airport in Karachi to El Arish International Airport in Egypt, a key entry point for assistance destined for the Gaza Strip.
This consignment, which weighs 60 tonnes, includes critical relief items such as bell tents, winterized tents, and tarpaulin sheets. The relief effort is being carried out in collaboration with Al-Khidmat Foundation, which is working alongside the NDMA to ensure that the essential supplies reach the people in need. The NDMA has been at the forefront of providing ongoing support to the people affected by the devastating impact of war in the region.
