ISLAMABAD โ The Rawalpindi district administration and law enforcement institutionsย have suggested relocatingย the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) sit-in.
According to sources, the PTI wants to hold a sit-in near Faizabad. The Rawalpindi administration and law enforcement institutions have proposed moving the PTI’s sit-in to Allama Iqbal Park. PTI Rawalpindi leaders requested more time to consult on the venue change.
Meanwhile, the security of sensitive buildings, as well as the Pakistan-England cricket series, are likely to be jeopardised as a result of the PTI’s sit-in in Rawalpindi on November 26. The England team will arrive in Islamabad on November 26.

According to sources, PTI Chairman Imran Khan will arrive in Rawalpindi by helicopter, and security arrangements from a helicopter to stage are being reviewed.
There are also vital installations in Rawalpindi near Faizabad, and the Rawalpindi administration has informed the PTI leaders of all concerns.
PTI later withdrew its request for permission to hold a rally near Faizabad Chowk.
