The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) has announced a large-scale recruitment campaign, unveiling more than 100 vacancies across various departments. The drive, officially published on September 26, 2025, includes senior, mid-level, technical, and support staff positions, offering competitive fixed salaries.
Among the key openings, 18 posts have been allocated for Deputy Directors, each carrying a fixed monthly salary of Rs. 196,250. For the mid-level cadre, 26 seats have been designated for Assistant Directors, with an offered salary of Rs. 131,250.
The largest share of vacancies is reserved for Officers (Programs), with 40 positions available. These roles come with a monthly salary of Rs. 93,750, making them highly attractive for candidates with relevant academic and professional backgrounds.
In addition to administrative roles, PEF has advertised 8 Subject Specialist positions in English, Mathematics, Science, and Urdu. These roles aim to strengthen the academic and training side of the foundation.
Technical positions such as Network Support Engineers and Executive Assistants have also been included in the recruitment drive, indicating the foundation’s emphasis on strengthening both its IT infrastructure and operational efficiency.
For support staff, 10 Driver posts have been announced, each offering a monthly salary of Rs. 57,500. Applicants are required to fall within the age range of 33 to 40 years to be eligible for the advertised posts.
