PTI Expresses Willingness to Negotiate for Pakistan’s Stability

PTI

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has reaffirmed its commitment to dialogue as a means to achieve political stability and foster development in the country.

The party emphasized that addressing the challenges facing Pakistan requires constructive negotiations, urging all stakeholders to prioritize the nation’s progress over political differences.

In a statement issued after the PTI parliamentary party meeting, the party highlighted its dedication to finding peaceful solutions to the ongoing political crisis.

Former Prime Minister Imran Khan, despite being imprisoned, has established a negotiation committee with a forward-looking approach to facilitate national stability and growth. PTI expressed hope that this initiative would create an opportunity for resolving key issues through dialogue and mutual understanding.

During the meeting, PTI strongly condemned the ongoing raids on the homes and properties of its members in Punjab. The party termed these actions a blatant attempt to suppress political dissent and demanded an immediate cessation of such practices.

PTI warned that continued pressure on its lawmakers would leave the party with no choice but to stage strong protests in the National Assembly, intensifying its opposition against what it called oppressive tactics.

The party reiterated that political turmoil and unrest could only be addressed through meaningful dialogue.

Stressing the importance of political stability as a foundation for national development, PTI affirmed its readiness to engage in discussions necessary for ensuring a stable and progressive Pakistan.

In addition to calling for dialogue, the PTI parliamentary party also demanded the immediate release of all political prisoners, including Imran Khan.

The party urged the formation of a judicial commission to investigate the incidents of May 9 and November 26, underlining the need for transparency and accountability.

PTI paid tribute to the martyrs of November 26, emphasizing that a fair investigation into the events surrounding their sacrifices is crucial for justice.

The party reiterated its commitment to standing by its martyrs and ensuring their sacrifices are honored through a transparent judicial process.
