LAHORE: The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has officially announced the launch of its nationwide election campaign, set to commence on January 15 with a significant rally in Okara.
The party spokesperson revealed that Maryam Nawaz, serving as the chief organizer, will take the stage at Iqbal Stadium in Okara on Monday to address the crowd and elucidate the crucial points of the party’s manifesto.
The rally is a pivotal element of the PML-N’s comprehensive election campaign strategy, and the spokesperson expressed confidence that the people will emerge as the ultimate winners on the polling day, scheduled for February 8.
Former interior minister and President of PML-N Punjab, Rana Sanaullah, dispelled any notions of internal discord within the party regarding the allocation of tickets.

He emphasized that ongoing consultations were being conducted for specific constituencies, assuring that the final list of candidates would be unveiled within the next one or two days. Sanaullah confirmed that Nawaz Sharif, a prominent figure in Pakistani politics, will spearhead the party’s election drive, commencing on January 15.
The party’s stance remains steadfast in advocating for a transparent and timely election process, dismissing any proposals to postpone the electoral proceedings.
