Federal Minister Sherry Rehman Slams Imran Khan’s Remarks Against Bilawal Bhutto
ISLAMABAD: PPP Senator and Federal Minister for Climate Change Sherry Rehman condemned Imran Khan’s remarks about Pakistan-Afghanistan diplomatic ties and terrorism.
Through tweets, Sherry Rehman criticised PTI chief and former PM Imran khan for making irresponsible statements on important international issues.

Sherry said, “As a former prime minister, Khan is not representing Pakistan but someone else. Imran Khan knows the security issues and history of the region as much as he knows the geography of Germany and Japan.”
A couple of days ago, former prime minister and PTI chairman Imran Khan claimed that mishandling of pro-Pakistan government in Afghanistan led to a sudden rise in terrorism in Pakistan.
Khan stated this through his video-link address to a seminar on resurgence of terrorism in Pakistan.
Pointing out reasons behind the US evacuation of Afghanistan, Khan said that nobody has the solution to suicide bombing.

Former prime minister said that when Taliban came into power in Afghanistan, they asked the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan militants to go back to Pakistan.
Imran Khan said that at that time, a peaceful settlement was needed the most.
He said that the PTI government was against interfering in the Afghan affairs.
Khan feared that the surge in terrorist attacks in the country will affect Khyber Pakhtunkhwa the hardest.
PTI chairman said that the tribal belt of Pakistan has suffered the most during the last wave of terrorism in the country.
