Pakistan’s rising cricket star, Saim Ayub, suffered a concerning ankle injury during the second Test match against South Africa in Cape Town on Friday. The incident occurred early in South Africa’s innings, leaving Ayub in visible pain and forcing him to leave the field with assistance.
