The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced that spectators can use their previously purchased tickets for the rescheduled One Day Internationals (ODIs) between Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
According to the PCB, tickets issued for the match originally set for November 13 will now be valid for the second ODI on November 14. Similarly, tickets bought for November 15 can be used to attend the third ODI on November 16.
The board expressed gratitude to cricket fans for their continued support and cooperation.
It is worth noting that Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has confirmed the continuation of its ongoing tour of Pakistan, although the schedule for the remaining ODIs has been revised. Both matches will now take place at the Pindi Cricket Stadium.
In a separate development, the PCB has relocated all matches of the upcoming tri-nation series to Rawalpindi.
Sri Lankan Team to play all matches
Sri Lankan cricket team was not deterred by Islamabad blast. They are feeling secure and willing to continue their ongoing matches in Pakistan. For this reason, the Sri Lanka Cricket Board (SLC) said that its players will complete their tour of Pakistan despite safety concerns following a recent suicide blast in Islamabad.
According to sources, most Sri Lankan players and coaching staff have agreed to stay in Pakistan. However, the SLC is considering calling up replacements if any player decides to withdraw.
Officials indicated that the series schedule could be slightly adjusted if necessary, but both the ongoing ODI series against Pakistan and the upcoming tri-nation series with Zimbabwe are expected to proceed as planned.
