Although all of these new in-app features are currently in beta, everyone will soon be able to use them.
WhatsApp has, however, released a new feature that lets iOS and Android users create polls.
Both the website and the mobile version are now accessible.
On both individual and group chats, polls are displayed with the option to add up to 12 options.
Once your poll is finished, simply press the send button. Participants in a group or chat can then tap on the poll answers and select their preferred option.
