Rizwan Saeed Sheikh officially began his tenure as Pakistan’s new Ambassador to the United States on Wednesday, assuming the responsibilities of his role in Washington.

Before his appointment as Ambassador, Rizwan Saeed Sheikh served as the Deputy Chief of Mission at the Pakistan Embassy, where he worked closely with several former ambassadors, including Jalil Abbas Jilani, Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhry, Asad Majeed Khan, and Ali Jahangir Siddiqui.
His extensive experience in these roles has prepared him for the complex responsibilities of his new position.
