In a remarkable show of patriotism, 1,200 students from Government High School in Pakpattan came together to create a massive human flag covering an impressive 9,600 square feet. This extraordinary event was part of the Independence Day celebrations and was graced by notable figures such as MPA Chaudhry Javed Ahmed and MPA Motiya Masood Khalid.
Clad in traditional Pakistani attire, the students united to form the giant flag, reflecting their deep commitment and love for their nation. Deputy Commissioner Sadia Meher praised the students’ display of unity and patriotism, emphasizing its importance for Pakistan at this time.
She also recognized the dedication of the education department officials, teachers, and especially Dr. Abdullah Tabassum, who provided essential training and guidance to ensure the flag’s accurate formation. The successful execution of this event highlighted the students’ teamwork and the organizers’ efforts.
This initiative is part of a broader effort by the government to instill a sense of national pride and unity among the youth. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, Independence Day celebrations across Punjab have been aimed at fostering this spirit. The impressive display by the Pakpattan students has inspired the nation and set a glowing example for others to follow.
