India and Pakistan nominate charge d’affaires in Islamabad, New Delhi

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) has appointed Saad Waraich as the new charge d’affaires for New Delhi, while India’s Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has designated Geetika Srivastava as the Indian charge d’affaires in Islamabad.

Saad Warraich currently holds the position of Director General of Afghanistan, Iran, and Turkey at the Foreign Office (FO).

Geetika Srivastava serves as the Joint Secretary for the Indo-Pacific Region in the Indian MEA.

It’s important to note that Aizaz Khan and Dr. Suresh Kumar have concluded their tenures as charge d’affaires.
