The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) delisted five cases against PTI Chairman Imran Khan scheduled for the 13th of December.

The decision was made by the top election body due to the bench’s unavailability. It stated that the cases would be heard on December 20.

ECP was scheduled to hear Cases involving PTI funding, party chairmanship, notification of Mr. Khan’s victory in by-elections, and electoral expenditures.

However, the only case that will be heard tomorrow refers to derogatory remarks by Imran Khan and other PTI leaders.
