CJP Isa and his family have donated thousands of square feet of land to Balochistan

The family of Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa has announced their intention to donate 31,680 square feet of land in the Ziarat district to the Balochistan government in celebration of the country’s 77th Independence Day.

In a letter signed by CJP Isa and Qazi Azmat Isa, the family expressed their desire for the land, located adjacent to Quaid-e-Azam’s Residency, to be used as an environmental center “for the people’s benefit.” They stated that the land would be licensed to the Government of Balochistan at no cost.

The letter emphasized the significance of the donation, noting, “As Pakistan approaches 77 years of Independence, we hope that, if the government agrees, this gift for the people will take effect on the auspicious day of August 14, 2024.”

Copies of the letter, dated August 2, 2024, have been sent to the president, prime minister, Balochistan governor, and Balochistan chief minister.
