ISLAMABAD: The National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) today announced more vacancies to meet its expansion and modernization requirements.
NADRA is going to hire a Deputy Director, Vigilance, for the Gilgit-Baltistan region. December 21, 2025, is the deadline to submit applications online.
The position requires a candidate who can lead vigilance activities, monitor sensitive operations, ensure adherence to organizational rules, and support risk mitigation across the region. The ideal professional will possess strong analytical judgment, the ability to manage both field and office work, and the capacity to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders with discretion.
The Authority is also hiring a Director, Quality Management, to be based in Islamabad. The role involves leading software quality assurance across development cycles, reviewing system requirements & test plans, ensuring compliance with internal standards, monitoring quality metrics, and driving improvements in testing practices.
Responsibilities also include coordinating with development and operations teams, conducting quality audits, preparing reports for senior management, and managing QA teams handling complex testing environments. December 21, 2025, is the last date to file applications for this post.
Meanwhile, NADRA has invited applications for the position of Assistant Superintendent (Customer Services Executive) for Islamabad.
The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with queries and procedures, and ensuring a high standard of service quality.
The position requires strong listening and problem-solving skills, the ability to learn quickly, and fluency in English and Urdu. Preference may be given to candidates who understand additional regional languages.
