Assistant Commissioner Hazim Bhangwar has been honoured with the Best Assistant Commissioner Award in recognition of his exceptional public service, professionalism, and unwavering dedication to duty. The award was presented by Karachi Commissioner Hasan Naqvi, who commended Bhangwar’s tireless efforts in improving governance and delivering efficient public service to the citizens of Karachi.
The award ceremony, attended by senior officials including the Additional Inspector General (AIG) of Karachi, featured the presentation of a commemorative shield to Bhangwar in acknowledgment of his outstanding performance.

Speaking at the event, Commissioner Hasan Naqvi praised Hazim Bhangwar for his consistent hard work and dedication to the welfare of Karachi’s residents. “Hazim Bhangwar’s commitment to public service is truly commendable. He has worked day and night to serve the people of Karachi,” Naqvi said.
He urged all assistant commissioners across the city to follow Bhangwar’s example by demonstrating the same level of sincerity, passion, and consistency in their roles. “Public service requires dedication and integrity, and Hazim’s performance sets a strong example for others to emulate,” the commissioner added.

Commissioner Naqvi went on to describe Bhangwar as a role model for newly inducted Civil Service of Pakistan (CSP) officers, highlighting his professionalism and leadership in administrative duties. “His efficiency and commitment to excellence have set a benchmark for other officers in the civil service,” Naqvi remarked while congratulating him on his achievement.
