City tours priced at Rs3,000 per person
ISLAMABAD: Syed Feroz Jamal Shah Kakakhel, the Caretaker Minister for Tourism, Museum, Archaeology, and Information in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P), introduced a range of new tour packages under the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority (KPCTA), specifically designed for families and females.
These packages have the objective of promoting tourism while ensuring the provision of safe and enjoyable experiences for various groups.

The options include city tours at a price of Rs3,000 per person, Takht Bahi visits at Rs1,000 per person, and Khanpur Lake Tours at Rs3,500 per person.
During the launch event, the minister emphasized KPCTA’s plan to launch a bus service to facilitate tourists in exploring renowned attractions within K-P and the historic sites in Peshawar.
The city tour promises to provide a comprehensive experience, including visits to iconic locales such as Sethi House, Namak Mandi, the Museum, and Ghor Ghatri.
Police Shifted Parvez Elahi To Attock Jail After His Re-Arrest From Lahore
Meanwhile, earlier, Parvez Elahi was released from Lahore prison after Lahore High Court ordered his release. The court ordered the police not to arrest Elahi in any case.
However, Islamabad police took Parvez Elahi in their custody, transported him to Islamabad, and then sent him behind bars in Attock Jail.
Theย Lahore High Courtย (LHC) instructed an inquiry into Parvez Elahiโs arrest for violating court orders. The Islamabad Police arrested PTI President Parvez Elahi from Canal Road in Lahore while he was heading home following court orders.
The police arrested him under the 3MPO (Maintenance of Public Order) Ordinance.
