KARACHI: Mr Irtiza Kazmi has joined the TPL REIT Management Company Limited as the Executive Director. In an official announcement today, the company said: “We are pleased to announce the appointment of Syed Hasan Irtiza Kazmi as Executive Director _ Business Development at TPL REIT Management Company Limited.”
Mr Kazmi brings over three decades of leadership experience across corporate and investment banking, structured finance, and strategic advisory within Pakistan’s financial sector.
Known for his strong strategic insight and governance expertise, he has led large-scale portfolios, managed complex stakeholder environments, and consistently driven sustainable growth across regulated institutions.
He is also a Founding Partner at IKON Consultant, where he advises on restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and transaction strategy. Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership roles at several leading financial institutions, including National Bank of Pakistan, MCB Bank, Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan, Bank Alfalah, Pakistan Kuwait Investment Company, and ORIX Investment Bank.
Mr Kazmi brings extensive board and governance experience and holds professional credentials as a Certified Director, along with an MBA from Adamson University.
