Reports indicate that another Sikh separatist, identified as Sukhdool Singh aka Sukha Duneke, fatally shot in Winnipeg, Canada, on Thursday.
Singh had fled from India to Canada in 2017 using fraudulent documents. He was known to have seven criminal cases against him. India’s media has attributed his death to gang warfare.

Earlier this week, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau addressed the House of Commons during an emergency session, stating that his government was investigating ‘credible allegations’ of India’s possible involvement in the killing of Hardeep Singh Nijjar on Canadian soil.
In addition, Trudeau condemned this as a violation of Canada’s sovereignty and pledged to raise the issue with the leaders of the UK and US.
This speech has resulted in a diplomatic standoff between the two countries, leading to the expulsion of diplomats and the issuance of travel advisories for their respective citizens.
Nijjar was a member of the Khalistan Tiger Force, an armed group advocating for the separation of Punjab from India.
