Saudi authorities have introduced a new system that allows pilgrims to access the Riaz-ul-Jannah more frequently, offering new permits every 20 minutes. This improvement means that pilgrims no longer need to wait a full year to visit the sacred area.
According to the Inside the Haramain Facebook page, which has 4.6 million followers, pilgrims must ensure that their GPS location is activated when applying for a permit. The updated process provides more opportunities for worshippers to visit the Riaz-ul-Jannah throughout the year.
The Nusuk app plays a key role in this updated system. Pilgrims are encouraged to update the app and book their visits through the instant track feature to ensure a smoother and faster experience. The new system brings more frequent opportunities to visit, with new booking slots opening every 20 minutes.
The Riaz-ul-Jannah is located in the Rawdah Riyad ul-Jannah, a revered area within Masjid an-Nabawi, the mosque built around the Prophet Muhammad’s tomb. Known as the “Garden of Paradise,” this area holds great significance in Islamic tradition. It extends from the eastern boundary of the Prophet’s Tomb enclosure to the pulpit (Minbar Nabawi) in the west.
The new initiative also allows pilgrims to visit the holy site more than once a year, enhancing accessibility for those seeking to pay homage at this sacred location. For pilgrims planning to visit, the Nusuk platform serves as an essential tool, providing all necessary details about permits and available packages for the Hajj journey.
