In the wake of an earthquake that killed over 1,000 people in Afghanistan, the National Disaster Management Authority Pakistan has sent aid to the country.
On eight trucks, Pakistan has transported tents, tarps, blankets, and essential medication to the neighbouring Afghanistan.
The Edhi Foundation, on the other hand, has also dispatched aid to Afghan families in need.
Pakistan’s Prime Minister, Shehbaz Sharif made a statement of support and sympathy, for the Afghan people.
