CHAMAN: One security official was martyred and others injured in an attack by the Afghan security forces on the Pakistani security officials near Pak-Afghan Border in Chaman, Balochistan.
Abdul Waheed Zehri, Deputy Commissioner Chaman told media that the Afghan forces attacked the Pakistani forces while Pakistanis also retaliated on Sunday.

Many Afghan refugees tried to enter Pakistan without documentation, but Pakistani security officials stopped them. Resultantly, Afghan forces got infuriated and attacked the Pakistani officials.
The injured soldiers were shifted to Chaman hospital. The funeral prayer of the martyred soldier was offered in FC Headquarters Chaman District on Sunday evening.
After this tragic incident, the security officials declared an emergency in the Civil Hospital of Chaman and the medical staff was put on alert.

Meanwhile, the attack created fear among the people crossing Baab-e-Dosti, and they ran away for safety.
The authorities from both sides closed the Pak-Afghan border for all activities.
