Malala Yousafzai, the youngest recipient of the Nobel Prize, mingled with high-profile individuals at the Caring for Women gala. Among the notable guests at the Caring were Kim Kardashian, Nicole Kidman, Karlie Kloss, Linda Evangelista, and Julia Garner, among others. The purpose of the dinner was to raise funds for three organizations: the Malala Fund, the National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV), and the New York City Alliance Against Sexual Assault.

The event’s co-chairs included Francois-Henri Pinault, the chairman and CEO of Kering, along with his renowned wife, Salma Hayek, as well as ZoĆ« Kravitz, Cindy Sherman, Christy Turlington Burns, Olivia Wilde, Oprah Winfrey, and a Pakistani activist.
Malala made a stunning appearance, wearing a custom Bottega Veneta ensemble styled by celebrity stylist Dena Neustadter Giannini. The 26-year-old Nobel Peace Prize laureate looked exquisite in a deep forest-green gown made of luxurious silk with a subtle sheen. She paired it with knee-length black patent leather crocodile skin boots from the Italian luxury fashion house. The gown featured minimal adornments, with gold-button detailing on the sleeves and subtle pleats along the skirt, embodying a minimal yet elegant aesthetic for the black-tie event.
Malala adhered to her modest fashion preference, complementing her attire with a beautifully draped green headscarf that framed her face gracefully, revealing portions of her jet-black hair styled in Hollywood waves. Her understated yet sophisticated look was accentuated with a gold statement ring and a matching Bottega Veneta knot minaudiĆØre clutch in forest green.
Malala attended the dinner not only as a representative of Bottega Veneta but also as a prominent advocate for charity. The event’s primary goal was to raise funds to support Afghan organizations to support education. Additionally, it aimed to advocate for the reopening of women’s educational institutions in the country.
