A Chennai-based structural steel design and detailing firm has made headlines by gifting 28 cars and 29 bikes to its dedicated employees, aiming to boost morale and productivity.
The selection of vehicles features well-known brands such as Hyundai, Tata, and Maruti Suzuki, alongside luxury models like Mercedes-Benz, showcasing a commitment to recognizing employee contributions.
Sridhar Kannan, Managing Director of Team Detailing Solutions, explained that this initiative is a heartfelt token of appreciation for the unwavering dedication and hard work of their workforce. He emphasized the belief that employees are the company’s “greatest assets,” and that the reward system is carefully tailored to reflect individual performance and years of service.
The program is designed to fulfill employees’ dreams of vehicle ownership, allowing them to choose vehicles within a specified budget. Employees can also opt to upgrade their vehicles by paying the additional costs themselves.
In a further commitment to employee welfare, the company has doubled its marriage assistance fund, now providing ₹1 lakh to employees getting married, up from the previous ₹50,000.
Kannan expressed optimism that this initiative will significantly enhance employee motivation and foster a more productive work environment.
With a workforce of 180 individuals, many of whom come from modest backgrounds, the company aims to create a supportive atmosphere that acknowledges and rewards hard work and dedication.
