Band of Brother; Pak-Egypt Bilateral and military Relation to be strengthened; CJCSC

President of Egypt, Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi appreciated Pakistan’s efforts against terrorism and valued the brotherly relations with Pakistan.

Chairman JCSC has expressed Pakistan’s efforts and hardships in the establishment of peace and stability in South Asia and Afghanistan. Pakistan has done a tremendous struggle in order to curb terrorism and for peace and prosperity in the region.

Before that Pakistan’s armed forces’ fight against terrorism and its policies to curb it in a very competitive way has been admired and acknowledged by global leaders.

Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Nadeem Raza met the Present of Egypt, General Abdel Fattah El-Sisi (Retd) on his call, ISPR released the statement on Tuesday. During the meeting, they have discussed bilateral and military cooperation and chairman JCSC also expressed Pakistan’s determination to enhance this sphere of cooperative stance between the two countries.

They discussed counter-terrorism and indicators to prevail regional peace and prosperity.

President Sisi appreciated Pakistan’s armed forces’ competent attitude and professionalism against every challenge especially terrorism. He admired the sacrifice which the Pakistan army has given for the maintenance of peace and security in the region.

A separate meeting was held between Chairman JCSC and General Mohamed Ahmed Zaki, Minister of Defense & Commander-in-Chief of the Egyptian Armed Forces and chiefs of the tri-services.

In 2nd round of meeting, multiple security indicators were discussed and Chairman JCSC has shed light upon Pakistan’s constructive role in the establishment of peace, regional stability, and efforts to curb extremism and violence as well as its effective outcomes in the region.
