Ahmadabad/ Gujarat: There are reports of long queues on petrol pumps across the Indian mainland cities on the count of expected fuel shortages as the conflict in the Middle East and the Strait of hormuz descends into a blind alley sort of a scenario. As per the available information as carried on Twitter and other social media fora, long queues of middle to lower middle income commuters in petrol driven budget vehicles or in the motor bikes swarming the petrol pumps. Eye witnesses testify that the long wait an queue confusion some times causes ugly situations at these points.
