The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) announced on Saturday the results of the HSC Part-II Science Pre-Medical annual examinations 2025, with an impressive achievement by female students who secured all the top three positions.
According to the announcement, the first position was claimed by Fatima Siddiqui, daughter of Muhammad Khalid, a student of Bahria College Karsaz. She scored an outstanding 1,021 marks out of 1,100, earning the coveted A-1 grade.

The second position was secured by Munazza Khan, daughter of Mubashir Hassan, also from Bahria College Karsaz, who achieved 1,016 marks, likewise with an A-1 grade. Anusha Naveed, daughter of Naveed Sarwar from the College of Emerging Technologies, obtained 1,015 marks, earning the A-1 grade and securing the third position.
BIEK Chairman Faqir Muhammad Lakho praised the academic excellence of these students, noting that their achievements were a reflection of dedication, hard work, and the quality of education provided by their institutions.
He also announced that a special ceremony will be held to honour all position holders once the results of all groups are declared. Parents, teachers, and media representatives will be invited to participate in the celebration of these academic successes.
Sharing further details, Controller of Examinations Zarina Rashid stated that a total of 28,259 candidates had registered for the Pre-Medical exams, of which 27,323 students appeared. Out of these, 15,572 candidates passed, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 56.99%.
Among the successful candidates, 1,998 students secured A-1 grades, 3,471 achieved A grades, 4,070 obtained B grades, 4,095 received C grades, 1,878 earned D grades, and 60 students were awarded E grades.
The results once again underline the consistent academic performance of female students in Karachiโs Pre-Medical stream, with girls continuing to excel in competitive examinations and setting high benchmarks for academic achievement.
