One of the most followed and active politicians on social media, Federal Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry, has recently crossed the four million mark on Twitter.

The anchor turned lawmaker is mostly seen communicating with his followers on the micro-blogging site with the latest updates of political affairs, his party, and the overall situation in the country.

The fan of Turkish stars created his official account on Twitter back in 2010, follows over 2,600 people, and has made 33,600 Tweets on the social networking site to date.

However, amongst the most followed Pakistani actress on Twitter is none other than Mahira Khan with over 2.6 million followers. The versatile actress follows only 173 people and has posted more than 4,000 Tweets,

If we look at the most popular Pakistani political leader on Twitter, that is none other than Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan will over 13 million followers, who is following no one.

The list of other most-followed PTI leaders includes Federal Minister for Planning and Development Asad Umar with over 7 million followers, Education Minister Shafqat Mehmood with 2.6 million followers, and Senator Faisal Javed with 2.2 million followers.

On the other hand, PML-N Vice President has over 6 million followers on Twitter as well.
