Honey Singh is set to collaborate with Pakistani folk singers Wahab Bugti and Sahib

Yo Yo Honey Singh has recently unveiled the tracklist for his upcoming album “Glory” on his social media platforms. The album, set to be released on August 26 under T-Series, features a diverse lineup of global artists, including renowned Pakistani folk singers Wahab Bugti and Sahib.

The album promises a vibrant fusion of traditional and contemporary sounds, highlighting a variety of musical styles. Honey Singh, who enjoys widespread popularity in both India and Pakistan, has incorporated 18 tracks into “Glory,” each showcasing collaborations with international artists, including the two Pakistani folk musicians.

Wahab Bugti, known for his powerful performance of the Balochi song “Kana Yaari” in Coke Studio Season 14, will contribute to the track “Biba” alongside Honey Singh and other featured artists. Hailing from Sibi in Balochistan, Bugti’s deep-rooted musical background and distinctive voice have earned him a dedicated following.

Sahib, a folk artist from Sindh’s Thar desert, gained acclaim with his Sindhi song “II” in Coke Studio Season 15. In “Glory,” Sahib will perform alongside Honey Singh on a track that highlights his unique style and musical heritage.

This cross-border collaboration is viewed as a significant step in fostering cultural exchange between India and Pakistan. Fans from both countries are eagerly awaiting the album’s release, as the blend of Pakistani folk music with Honey Singh’s rap style is expected to create a compelling and innovative sound.

“Glory” marks Honey Singh’s return to the music scene after several years, and his choice to include Pakistani artists reflects the growing recognition of talent across borders. The album’s release on August 26 is highly anticipated, with many hopeful that it will lead to more collaborative projects in the future.
