Shreyas Talpade, known for his important role in Golmaal movie, faced a cardiac emergency while filming Akshay Kumar’s upcoming movie ‘Welcome to the Jungle’.
The incident occurred during the wrap-up of shooting when he experienced sudden pain, leading to his collapse due to a heart attack.
Following the distressing event on Thursday evening, Talpade was swiftly taken to a Mumbai hospital where doctors confirmed the heart attack and promptly administered treatment.
His wife, Deepti Shreyas Talpade, provided an update on his health, stating that he underwent angioplasty and is now in stable condition.
Expressing her gratitude for the outpouring of concern and well-wishes from friends and the media, she requested privacy for his ongoing recovery.
Deepti conveyed her appreciation, saying, “Your unwavering support has been an immense source of strength for both of us.”
Regarding his upcoming projects, Shreyas Talpade is set to appear in ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ alongside Akshay Kumar, and will also portray former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in Kangana Ranaut’s directorial venture ‘Emergency’.
