Actress Nadia Afgan discloses most difficult decision of her life

ISLAMABAD: Veteran actor Nadia Afgan recently shared the most difficult decision of her life as she and her husband chose not to have children.

In a candid conversation during a morning show, Nadia Afgan revealed that after multiple failed attempts, she and her husband decided together not to pursue having children.

“After trying and experiencing two miscarriages, and then going through IVF and everything, I eventually realized that maybe this wasn’t meant for me. I couldn’t handle the mental and physical toll anymore,” she explained. “I had done everything I could, and for the sake of my sanity, well-being, and the life ahead, I had to let go.”

The ‘Radd’ actor also expressed deep gratitude for her husband’s unwavering support during this challenging period, especially when dealing with societal and familial expectations. “I give 100% credit to Jawwad,” she said.

“Since we got married, we agreed that he would handle his side of the family, and I would handle mine. He has been an incredible support, and I’ve never had to explain myself to anyone,” Afgan concluded.
