Saudi Crown Prince MBS arriving in Pakistan with big investment, aid for Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud is scheduled to visit Pakistan in next couple of weeks. He is visiting Pakistan with a plan to announce big investment of about $10 billion and $4 billion+ assistance for Pakistan in cash and oil on deferred payment.

Crown Prince of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is expected to visit Pakistan on November 21.

According to sources, a special Saudi team will be reaching Pakistan ahead of Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman’s visit to evaluate security arrangements for final approval.

Meanwhile, on the request of Pakistan government, Saudi Crown Prince is expected to announce $10 billion investment in Pakistan in oil refinery and petrochemical complex construction.

According to sources, during recent visit of PM Shehbaz Sharif to Saudi Arabia, the leaders of the two countries agreed to boost their bilateral economic cooperation in different fields.

China is also expected to co-finance Saudi oil refinery which will be operated initially by Chinese after completion.
