Pakistani meat exporter secures $12 million order to export cooked beef to China

ISLAMABAD: The Organic Meat Company Limited has secured a $12 million contract to supply frozen cooked beef to the People’s Republic of China.

In a stock filing on Tuesday, the company highlighted this contract as a significant milestone in expanding its global presence, particularly in the rapidly growing Chinese market for frozen cooked beef products.

The agreement includes the supply of high-quality frozen cooked beef over the specified period, with shipments set to begin shortly, according to Mettis Global.

This deal is in line with TOMCL’s strategy to strengthen its export operations and enter new markets, especially in Asia.

“The company expects the execution of this contract to positively impact its revenue and profitability for FY25,” the notice added.
