Naveed Kamran Baloch, Secretary Finance has been nominated as Executive Director, World Bank at Washington, DC. A panel comprising of three senior officers and a retired Bureaucrat, Tariq Bajwa was sent to the Prime Minister for the selection of one. These officers included:
- Naveed Kamran Baloch – Secretary Finance
- Azam Khan – Principal Secretary to Prime Minister
- Dr. Ijaz Munir – Secretary Establishment Division
- Tariq Bajwa – Former Governor, State Bank
Prime Minister selected Naveed Kamran Baloch.
