Famous social media star and a TikToker, Dazharia Shaffer passed away at the age of 18. She was commonly known as ‘Dee’ on her social media platforms.
Dee had more than 1.7 million followers on the video-sharing app. Like many other social media artists, Dazharia often filmed her life by doing different activities and challenges on social platforms.
On 8th February, she uploaded a series of videos with the title ‘Last Post’. Her father, Raheem Alla confirmed the news of her death in a grieving video on Tiktok.
He shared a couple of photos and writes, “Unfortunately she is no longer with us and has gone to a better place”. He especially thanked Dee’s followers for all the love and support they showed for her.
“Now I come home and you’re no longer gonna be there waiting for me. I have to let you fly with the angels.”
Alla confessed that Dazharia was going through mental stress and wished that she would have spoken to him about all her stress and the thoughts of suicide.
