Dubai: Citi Bank and HSBC have announced the formal closure of their operations in UAE, AP reported Thursday as carried On Twitter. It may be recalled that that after the Tuesday night attack on the data center premises of Bank Sepah, Iran largest bank, which also is bank to the Iranian government for salaries disbursal; IRGC made an open threat to the people and the FIs that from now on these set ups will be targeted at will by the Iranian military.
