COAS General Syed Asim Munir emphasized that the Pakistan Army’s standard of professionalism and leadership stands unparalleled when compared to any modern army worldwide.
He conveyed this sentiment during his attendance at the opening ceremony of the “Eternal Brotherhood-II” Multi-National Special Forces Exercise, which took place at Barotha.

This exercise brought together Special Forces contingents from Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Qatar, Tรผrkiye, and Uzbekistan, with the primary objective of enhancing military relations, fostering joint employment concepts, and identifying areas of mutual interest for future military collaborations.
Additionally, the exercise aimed to capitalize on the collective experience of these friendly nations in countering terrorism.
Before his visit to Barotha, General Asim Munir also visited the Junior Leadership Academy (JLA) Shinkiari. As a Center of Excellence for training Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs), the JLA holds a special place in the development of junior leaders within the Pakistan Army.
General Munir paid his respects by laying a floral wreath at the Yadgaar e Shuhada and addressed the participants of the Academy.
He underlined the pivotal role played by junior leaders within the Pakistan Army, describing them as the backbone of the organization, instrumental in both conventional and unconventional warfare.
COAS General Asim Munir commended their exceptional performance in various fields, including training, operations, and world-class competitions on the global stage.
